stainless steel float valve model WEDXK-198. float valve adopts advanced stainless steel (301.304.316) or brass, investment casting, acid and alkali. The important technical parameters of the float valve (1): DN8-100mm diameter stainless steel floating ball valve, pressure 0-1.6MPa, temperature 0-160., thread, flange (American Standard, GB, JIS). This product has a big ball, small ball diameter of 60mm-1200mm, the ball wall thickness between 0.6-1mm, can be specially made manually, the ball wall thickness of 0.6-25.mm. The big ball opens at 0.05MP, the pressure is 2.5MPA, and the ball doesn't need pressure to open.
Working principle
The floating ball always floating in the water, when the water level rises, float also rises. The floating ball rises and the connecting rod rises too. The connecting rod is connected with the valve at the other end, and when it rises to the definite position, the connecting rod supports the rubber piston pad to seal the water source. When the water level drops, the floating ball also falls, and even the bar drives the piston pad to open.
